FAQ

How can I send items back?
  1. Register your return items, to emelie@peach-store.be. You will receive your return label by mail. While processing your return, the shipping fee of €6.95 will be deducted. 
  2. We encourage reusing the box or bag your order was delivered in.
  3. Drop off your package at your local parcel shop.
When will my return be credited?

Once we have received the product we will inspect the item(s) before approving the return.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment.
You will receive the refund within 7 days, depending on the policy of your bank, paypal, credit card company, etc.

Does Peach offer free shipping for returns?

We do not offer free returns. A shipping fee 6.95€ will be deducted from your purchase order.

Can I change an order I have already placed?

No, already placed orders cannot be changed. Please place a new order containing the right items and contact us by mail to cancel the faulty order (emelie@peach-store.be)

Am I able to do exchanges?

No, it is not possible to exchange an item. You will have to return the item and place a new order instead.

Can I collect my purchase in store?

Yes, you can collect your purchase in our store, Place your order online and wait until you receive an email to confirm your iotems are ready to be picked up.

How long does it take to dispatch my order?

Usually we dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Please note that Peach does not dispatch orders on Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays.
